BB Living Easton Park is set to mark the opening of its new residential community in Austin with a grand event on August 16. The celebration, taking place at 8700 Finial Drive, will run from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and aims to introduce prospective residents and families to the townhome development.

The event will feature food provided by Chuy’s Mexican food, a dessert bar, charcuterie cups, as well as entertainment options such as a bouncy house and slide for children. Attendees can also participate in yard games, visit a photo booth, listen to live music, try out a permanent jewelry station, and spin a prize wheel for gift cards.

Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the new three- and four-bedroom townhomes. These homes include private yards, attached garages, and premium finishes. Staff members will be available during the event to answer questions about the property and living experience at BB Living Easton Park.

A promotional offer of up to $6,000 in rental credits will be available exclusively for those attending the grand opening event.
