The U.S. Census Bureau has updated its OnTheMap tool and the Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics (LEHD) Origin-Destination Employment Statistics (LODES) with new data. The update, announced on December 18, 2025, includes employment figures for 2023, as well as backfilled data for Mississippi covering the years 2019 to 2022. Additionally, the application now features updated geography aligned with the 2024 TIGER/Line vintage.

OnTheMap is an online mapping application that displays information about where people live and work. The tool was developed through a partnership between the Census Bureau and Local Employment Dynamics partner states.
