Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Scott Charbonneau to the Texas Interagency Council for the Homeless. Charbonneau’s term will last at the discretion of the Governor. The council is responsible for coordinating state resources and services aimed at addressing homelessness.

Scott Charbonneau, a resident of Hurst, serves as president and CEO of the Cornerstone Assistance Network. He also holds the position of deacon at First Baptist Church in Hurst. Charbonneau earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University.
