IAM negotiations team member Mark Costa, a flight service specialist, described his job as providing important weather and safety information to pilots. Costa represents Local 2010 in Reston, Virginia. He said that his team and members of Local 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas are preparing for contract negotiations with the government contractor Leidos.

Costa explained the responsibilities involved in his position and emphasized the significance of these services for aviation safety.
