As the new year begins, several leadership changes and appointments are taking place in Texas’ commercial real estate sector.

Bradford Commercial Real Estate, based in Dallas, has hired Courtney Stanford as senior vice president for its Fort Worth team. Stanford previously worked at SVN Dunn Commercial since 2017 and is the daughter of David Dunn, founder of SVN Dunn Commercial.

At Bradford, Joe Santaularia has been named president of CORFAC International, a network comprising 75 commercial real estate firms. Santaularia is the son of Kevin Santaularia, who serves as president and CEO of Bradford. Since joining Bradford in 2008, Joe Santaularia has handled transactions totaling more than six million square feet.

Robbie Baty has left Cushman & Wakefield to join HPI, a Texas-based commercial real estate firm. At HPI, he will lead the newly established Dallas Tenant Advisory Group. During his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Baty served as vice chairman and office tenant representation leader for the Dallas/Fort Worth market. His client list included CarMax, Capital One, Hewlett Packard, Prosperity Bank and Southwest Airlines. Cushman & Wakefield recognized him as one of its top 10 producers in Dallas from 2012 to 2023.

JLL recently promoted Torrey Littlejohn to lead its North Texas brokerage teams. According to a press release issued by JLL last month, Littlejohn brings two decades of experience with the company and has managed transactions covering over 20 million square feet—including work on Toyota’s North American headquarters and Vanguard’s North Texas office. As North Texas broker lead, she will oversee business operations for JLL’s approximately 200 employees across the Metroplex.

In Houston, John Nicholson moved from Colliers to CBRE last month where he now serves as vice chairman in CBRE’s industrial division.

OHT Partners in Austin announced eight new principals to its leadership team: Howell Beaver, Ben Crowder, Chad Hallmark and Jackson Simons (real estate principals); Matt Bratton and Thomas Terwilliger (construction principals); David Godvin (capital market principal); and Stephen Bedell (principal and CFO).

DAHLIN Architecture expanded its Austin office by adding Mark Lakins as director of project development and Gregg Taylerson as director of design. Lakins will manage project development for residential projects across the Southwest while Taylerson will focus on large master-planned developments.
