Majestic Developers is set to construct a new headquarters in Sugar Land as part of its expansion plans. The company, which was founded in 2021 and currently operates out of less than 10,000 square feet at 1650 Highway 6, recently purchased a 2.5-acre site at 7627 Branford Place for $2.6 million. The location is near Costco and several medical office buildings off Interstate 69.

The seller, Branford Med Properties, had originally planned to develop the land for medical use before those plans changed. Majestic’s new headquarters will be a four-story building between 45,000 and 48,000 square feet. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026 and is expected to take between twelve and eighteen months. Majestic will manage the $10 million-plus project internally, handling both design and construction.

The building’s design will feature influences from neighboring offices and include a large “M” on its exterior. Amenities will consist of a gym as well as a kitchen and bar intended for events.

Currently employing between fifty and sixty people, Majestic aims to more than double its staff by the end of 2026—primarily adding engineering positions—as it prepares to break ground on eight projects next year while also contracting with other firms.

Majestic specializes in single-family developments and smaller residential projects within the Houston metropolitan area. Its first major development is Majestic at Harvest Green—a commercial center inside Johnson Development’s Harvest Green community—which includes retail, restaurant, office space, and event venues.

While there were initial considerations to locate their headquarters at Harvest Green, CEO Santosh Cividi decided on the Sugar Land site when it became available due to timing considerations.

The property sits across I-69 from Smart Financial Centre and close to other significant developments such as Dhanani Private Equity Group’s planned mixed-use project covering fifty acres as well as Sugar Land’s Trader Joe’s store that opened in October 2024.

Sugar Land has attracted other major corporate tenants over time including Frazer, Sysco, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise as it competes with Houston for office occupants.

Re/Max acted on behalf of Majestic during the property purchase while Partners Real Estate represented the seller.
