Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC announced that it will release its third quarter 2025 financial results on November 5. The announcement will come ahead of Sempra’s quarterly results conference call, which is scheduled for noon Eastern Time the same day. Oncor’s earnings report will be published on the company’s website.

Sempra executives are set to host a conference call that will discuss Oncor’s operational and financial performance for the third quarter of 2025. The call is open to investors, media, analysts, and the public through a live webcast. Registration for the webcast can be completed via the Investors section of Sempra’s website, where participants can also access an accompanying slide presentation before the call. A replay of the webcast will be available a few hours after it concludes.

Oncor also plans to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending September 30, 2025 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission following Sempra’s conference call. Once filed, this report will be accessible on Oncor’s website.

According to company information, Oncor is headquartered in Dallas and operates as a regulated electricity transmission and distribution business in Texas. It delivers power to more than four million homes and businesses and manages over 144,000 circuit miles of transmission and distribution lines in Texas. The company is owned by two investors—Sempra as indirect majority owner and Texas Transmission Investment LLC as minority owner—but is managed by a board comprised mostly of independent directors.
