The Texas Real Estate Commission has released information for individuals looking to create an account on the Real Estate and Appraiser License Management Portal (REALM Portal). The portal is designed for managing real estate licenses, submitting applications for licensure, and filing complaints.

According to the commission, license holders will receive an activation email containing details necessary for setting up their accounts. Those with multiple licenses, registrations, or applications may receive more than one email. Each email includes a State ID or PIN Number that users must use to link their records to a single REALM Portal account.

A brief instructional video is available to guide users through the setup process.
