Younger Partners, a North Texas commercial real estate firm, has launched a tenant representation service aimed at industrial clients. Andrew Boster, previously senior vice president, will lead the new team as managing director of industrial sales and leasing. He will collaborate with Younger Principal Carter T. Crow. The current team includes vice president Tanja McAleavey and associates Adam Farber and Kim Snow. Boster plans to expand the group to between 10 and 15 members in the coming years.
Boster’s responsibilities will also include “opportunistic leasing assignments and one-off property sales,” according to a news release.
WindMass Capital, a Dallas-based investment and development company, has appointed Lance Wright as chief production officer for its structured finance division, WindMass Credit. Wright comes from Greystone, where he worked on multifamily and commercial loan originations nationwide. At WindMass, he will focus on loans ranging from $5 million to $35 million in Sun Belt and Central U.S. markets.
Dominium, an affordable housing developer, has named two new vice presidents: Reba Will as vice president of compliance—previously with Premier Housing Management—and Ryan Bosolet as vice president of property management for the Mountain West portfolio—formerly with Mission Rock Residential.
The Victorica Group, founded by Mario Victorica in San Antonio, has returned to eXp Realty after operating briefly as an independent brokerage. The team consists of 30 agents and had considered offers from other organizations before rejoining eXp Realty.
John Winniford is now president of First America Homes—the homebuilding division of Signorelli Company based in The Woodlands. Winniford was formerly president and CEO at Brightland Homes where he led land acquisition strategies.
SRS Real Estate Partners has hired several professionals from Colliers to strengthen its Southern California industrial development team. Richard Schwartz leads the new SoCal industrial group at SRS; Joey Reaume joins as executive vice president; Nick Moscicki becomes vice president.
In Dallas, SRS also added CBRE veteran Ryan Byrne as executive vice president and managing principal for its capital markets team. Byrne oversees national retail investments across the South Central region including shopping centers and grocery-anchored properties.
